If you’re itching to launch your own business, you need more than an idea. You need an idea that works. This needs a deeper understanding of the specific problem, possible only if all three parts of digging into the initially identified challenges (learn from others, learn from the field and empathize with the customer) are completed! Once you have the design scope ready you can start ideating and prototyping.
Designing a strategy for a new business launching takes the form of three steps:
- Defining objectives to pursue
- Choose a business model
- Use roadmaps for strategies implementation and validation
