What is this lesson about?
The purpose of this lesson is twofold: to quickly assess the initial foresight eligibility of a single company via an online Fit-for-foresight survey and to discover a measurement tool (Foresight Maturity Model – FMM), which allows a single organisation to assess their foresight capabilities in greater detail and to identify areas, which need improvement.
Who is it for?
It is intended for everyone without basic knowledge on foresight or futures studies. This lesson will help you assess if foresight is a suitable solution to support decision-making processes in your organization. You will have the opportunity to reflect on the future of your company. Additionaly, individuals from academia (students and researchers) will be able to find out whether foresight can support them in their professional career path.
