2019 is going to end and we are already thinking what the new year will bring.
Gartner’s analysts already studied the top 10 Strategic Technology Trends for 2020, trying to identify the main technologies that organizations should explore in the future.
The identified trends are based on two themes: the idea of “people-centric” and the “smart spaces,” which means considering how these technologies will affect both people and the places that they live in.
The people centric trends that Gartner’s analysts discovered are: Hyperautomation, Multiexperience, Democratization of Expertise, Human Augmentation, Transparency and Traceability. On the other hand, the smart spaces trends are the Empowered Edge, Distributed Cloud, Autonomous Things, Practical Blockchain and AI Security.
Brian Burke, Gartner Research VP, declared that “these trends have a profound impact on the people and the spaces they inhabit”.
